Sure, that's how natural selection works. Those who don't adequately protect and care for their offspring get yeeted from the gene pool. It does suck for the kids who are affected, but you know, "parental freedom" is a hot buzzword right now. Don't tread on them.

So I actually read the article because I couldn't believe it and turns out OP linked the wrong article. No mention of measles in the above.
