Is there an issue with delays to enrolling Android devices on intune? Registration not working and isn't pulling down categories. Seems to be behind by about an hour after registration attempt. Nothing appeared on health for me

You might have to force a sync.

This is on registration. Phone isn't setup and cannot do anything. However did seem to be to do with the android version.

It wasn't. Coincidently the updates were done at the same time as creating a category. The category update seems to release the categories for enrollment.
