What are some of the highest paying jobs in the gun industry?

I like the idea of being involved in R&D and developing existing products or developing new ones. I know it’s more limiting, but I don’t plan on going for the bachelors. Too much cost at the moment. But I am about to get an associates in general engineering as well as already having one in Mechanical engineering technology as well as an associates of applied sciences. The last one don’t mean much, but it’s something. What are the higher paying job options?

Realistically the easiest way to get in to the firearms industry while still getting paid well is to learn machining like CNC. Engineering positions in the industry are few and far between and most require prior industry experience to get in the door. If you do get a foot in don't expect the same salary as med device and aerospace, of all my friends I graduated engineering with I get paid the least.

Engineering is a great profession that will always be in need. The firearm industry is smaller than people think so it pays less than other massive industries.
