Digital notepads or books that they could recommend or provide some insight into?

The pricing is wild - you can get some for £30 or £500! I want to be able to sketch ideas and pictures for characters for example but also write the book itself. Then upload so I have a record, but be able to sort - EG dump ideas in an area and my actual writing in an area. Any recommendations or reviews? What's the difference between the price points?
