British PSA/PIF that used to scare you the most?

I don't know if this is too niche of a topic for this subreddit but I am genuinely curious so I am gonna as this question, what is the British PSA/PIF that used to scare you the most? They are a very strange interest of mine, basically, they are the adverts that warn you about drugs, smoking, alcohol addiction, house fires and any other general health and safety that you can think of. For example, the film Apaches was scary because it just shows all the different ways kids could die on a farm (although now it hasn't aged well and is kind of funny nowadays.) The fire safety ones also scared me because house fires are a big fear of mine.
