Disable iOS device (16.5.1) from asking for corp managed o365 account

Hello, I have done some searching, but still not clear on how to disable the pin from being asked every time you access MS Teams or Outlook on iOS. We implemented MS Premium licenses not long ago and have enabled device management for Android and iOS devices for just IT folks at the moment. Our VP is not keep on entering the pin code every time and wants to use just FaceID. I am an one of the admins for our organization. Suggestions? Thank you! ​ ​
