UPS Rackmount Requitements - NEMA L6-20P

I'm looking for a UPS rackmount with the following requirements: **Input Connection Type:** NEMA L6-20P (twisted Lock) **Output Connection Type:** IEC 320 C13 (qty 4) **Main Output Voltage:** 208V **Other Output Voltage:** 220V, 230v, 240v **Number of rack unit:** 2U So far, I've found an **APC SMX3000HVT**, but it's a 4U. I need a 2U. Two questions: How critical is the connected equipment? It's obviously at least kinda important or you wouldn't bother with a UPS. But is it **really** important? How good or bad is the incoming power? Is it generally fine? Or are you in a building or area known for especially crappy power? Any heavy machinery in the building that might inject noise into the electrical flow?

I have one NEMA L6-20P wall outlet (250v) in my server room. The UPS is for my HPE ProLiant backup server.

Do you really need a huge UPS then? Does the lead have to be the same both ends? I think we have an X/Y issue here.

Tripp Lite/Eaton SU3000LCD2UHV and a PDU will meet your needs. I have 2.

I don’t think that you are looking for exists. Just about everybody has a UPS picker, so I would start there.

Just get a PDU with the relevant outlets on it. Sounds like you're fixated on doing this the wrong way!

Thanks, but the Input is detachable. I'm looking for a non-detachable cord on the unit NEMA L6-20P (Twisted Lock)

Call Tripp Lite and ask if they have a bracket to hold the input cord in? Also, there should be almost zero foot traffic past the back of the rack... If there are more people walking past than your quarterly inspection by a technician, fix that problem first

We have had sooooo many problems with APC stuff lately, we're considering going with Vertiv. We rolled out 200 Vertiv right before I left my old job and they are so much faster, easier, and feature-complete to configure than APC. APC has really gone down in quality lately. Not sure if they have a model from Vertiv that matches that but I'd go with em. You can usually get to 2U a lot easier with lithium too.

For that input/output and an L6-20P plug, you are gonna need a 4U because anything that is only a 2U is usually a regular 120V plug.
