Is NOW TV changing the renewal offer process?

Hi all, I am currently in the last month of my NOW TV sports membership offer @ £19.99. Normally when my offers about to expire I go through the usual process of cancelling and accepting a renewal offer which is usually at the same price. Today I was quite surpised to have an email saying they have new offers for me that has automatically applied when my current sports offer expires - except it has gone up by £7 a month. I've tried going through my usual process of going to cancel and get a a new offer - got as far as the page saying my membership will run to X date before it ends - I think that's the last page before confirming cancelling and I haven't tried going further yet. Just wondering if anyone else has gone through this yet? They seem to have gotten me by the balls with the new F1 season just round the corner...
