4 TIRE SHOPS. Nobody could take the freely spinning stud & nut off?

Do you have pics of this problem stud? I’m curious but if I’m guessing what it looks like and I was in your situation, I think I would have gone to a muffler shop to ask for their input at least. I’m imagining a freely spinning lug with a nut attached. At that point the muffler shop might have a tool to cut that nut in half splitting it and then helping you remove the nut to take to a tire shop to replace the lug. There’s a chance this could work. Again, just assuming what the damage looks like without seeing an actual pic. Hope you find some help.
