I mean this in the most polite way possible,,,, But I’ve known people with paranoid schizophrenia and people who have methed them selves into paranoid psychosis,,, and this feels like that. Not just the pics & video, but the demeanor of OP too.
I watched the video fully prepared to see nothing at all and downvote, but in the video it appears there’s some kind of . . . something . . . with a “head” that quickly peeks around the door. Another person? Animal? Optical illusion? I’m on acid? An object?

I assumed it was an alien due to me freaking out seeing it face to face and my mom saw it aswell. it had the big black round eyes along with the tripod legs, either that its a weird physical ghost. before i uploaded the video online. mind you this happened year ago, i went to report this to the building and security told me to upload the video, soons i uploaded the video the whole building had mini black out and camera's went down. sooo due to that i think it was aliens. half the building thinks the apt. is probably haunted. my mom thinks its a ghosts , hope this answer your questions.
there's a window there yes, not the first time i heard about the portal theory 1 of the building staff was telling me about it. but we live on the 8th floor sooo not sure how that all works. but i'm open to any theory's

I find it hard to tell what anything is in the video because it’s so dark, especially the second part that you took the top screenshot from. It does look like there’s a parallax effect occurring as you move around the doorway to see whatever you’re seeing. It’s creating an illusion of something moving out in the other room because you’re seeing it move at a different rate than closer objects.
You’re getting downvoted like crazy because I don’t think anybody can tell that anything is there. It just looks like a kind of cluttered space, so things poking out around doors and corners seems like it could be anything.
Now, don’t take this in a negative way, but have you had issues with mental health before? Or are you in the 18-24 age range? I’m curious because of the reaction of the other person in the second half of the video, and your agitation during this event. The other person tells you to relax or something, but otherwise doesn’t seem bothered. I can’t really say what you experienced, but I think everyone else is just confused.
in the full video yes i'm very scared n anxious because the feeling of unease is in the air it felt like something was looking directly at me. thats what prompted me to record that day. i believe in full video after minute mark i see it and my mom also sees it. and you would see my mom grabs onto me terrified for few minutes, my judgement was to wait n let her calm down. because Full body alien footage wasn't worth the risk of letting her get heart attack. then i lost my courage when we were gonna check the room. full video shows us checking out the rooms. (room was no longer lit up when we checked inside the rooms adding to the strange-ness of checking each room.) shes grabbed onto me start 1 minute mark lets go of me at 3 minute mark. before we check each room. the full video down below.

why are you being so mean to your mom in the video? she’s just there and staying calm and you’re just going “go be brave, let’s see how brave you are”. pushing an old woman to check the room that you believe has something in it while patronizing her?! weird behavior.

Is this not what you were seeing? It has the same angles as the “head” of the “alien” and is located right through the doorway.
I’ll admit it’s weird that the light came on in the other room and then turned off later, but that can just be an electrical issue in the building. That said, shape you saw lines up pretty well with this painting on the wall.
i would of believed that i was seeing maybe a reflection or something
