What is Prime inc. like for truckers that have there CDL license before signing up?

I’ve got 4 years experience and I’m in orientation now. Took the last 6 months off. I’m honestly not sure why the reject sone with experience and not others. Maybe it’s dependent on the recruiters. Mine was real chill and we talked maybe 1 hour on each of the 3 calls I made. I think they’re a company looking for drivers who may stay longer. Or they may need people in some areas more than others. So far the orientation isn’t bad, I feel like it could be done in 2 days for experienced drivers rather than 3-4 but it is what it is. Hotel is kinda cheap, cafeteria food is meh but they pay for it. Might be in a room with someone. The orientation def revolves a lot around leasing. Maybe 4 or so other company guys out of like 20? In my orientation. Props to all of em for going for it. I’m going on an account with dedicated minimum of 1200 a week. Home daily. Not excited about a day cab but I’ll tolerate it and atleast there won’t be any other drivers in it. I know other places offer more money and truck go faster but I don’t care to go faster than 65 really. 67 or 68 doesn’t make much of a difference to me. I drive in my car at 65 most of the time. I’m waiting on a truck now. Fingers crossed things go well. I don’t get any bad vibes so far. Def feels like a culture here more than any other carrier I’ve worked for
