Have you ever watched an A380 take off and wonder 'How'? (even though you obviously know how)

I've stayed in a hotel in Burlingame, CA a few times and their top-floor lounge has a great view of KSFO, so there's been more than a couple times where I've just sat and watched planes arriving and departing. Whenever I saw an A380 lumber onto the runway and start its takeoff procedure my mind just couldn't comprehend as to how somehing that large (when compared to the dinky little CRJ-200 waiting in line) could get airborne. I mean, I know the science behind it, but at the same time it was like I couldn't accept that it was possible.
