Can I become a commercial pilot

I have had an AVM excision (brain) surgery when I was about 13, my checkups went well all of my angiograms are clean and there is nothing left from the surgery apart from the scar obviously. The only problems I have is photophobia but prescription sunglasses are more than enough to counter it, I have 50/50 vision , so apart from my photophobia my eyes are perfectly fine, I've never used glasses (apart from sunglasses). I have no other health prvlemz, can I still become a commercial pilot, it's my dream. I don't live in the USA, I live in a Eurasian area, so I don't have anything to do with the FAA 🤞🏻hopefully. I am certain I will pass a medical.

You ever get an answer to this?

As long as you can pass the medical exam I don't see an issue. This is a bit specific and probably something only a doctor can answer.
