Is selective garbage not taken anywhere else recently at the contracted times? I know about districts 11 and 12 that this is a problem. Does anyone know where to find out about this and why is this happening?

We live 11th and this year they took from us 2 times and 2 times i needed to call and they came the next day. Both times an older person helped and he/she called back with the result, on which day they will pick it up. And they did come then. Worth to call them +36 1 700 7000, maybe for a hungarian speaker it is easier, but i guess they have en operator too.
