Teaching A Prepping 101 Class - What would you include / not include if you had only 15 minutes

I am part of a local prepper group that meets to discuss prepping topics and meet fellow preppers. Our topic for next month is Prepping 101 - Basics of getting prepared in your first 30 days. We have quite a few new members that are total beginners and I'd like to have a very tight presentation to help calm anyone in a fear state, help them focus on core essentials and set them up with a action plan for the first 30 days of their prepping journey. The presentation will have some general advice and mindset things, but the core of the talk might be about 15 minutes of specific advice. I'm trying to position this if you had 15 minutes to give the best advice to a totally new prepper that doesn't require them to go do a lot of research on their own. If you had only 15 minutes: * What would you tell them? * What would you skip?
