Do you add your partner’s name to Mother’s Day gifts?

So my wife and I disagree on this, I think that now we’re married. I should put both names on my mums card for Mother’s Day. My wife thinks as she’s not her my I shouldn’t. End result her mums gift is from her only and my mums is from both of us! What do you do?
