Yup. 3 celery stalks, 3 yellow onions, 1 bell pepper and a pound of ground beef.

Ground beef cooked with holy trinity (onions, celery, and green bell pepper), a.k.a. Cajun mirepoix. It’s the best way to add the aromatic kick that spaghetti sauce with meat needs. You’d think it’s weird, but you need the flavor profile in order to bring the meat flavor forward in the sauce. Kroger sells it frozen and I keep a bag or two in the freezer just in case.

Walmart has it, too. It's called "Seasoning Blend" in the frozen vegetable section. It's diced onion, celery, green and red pepper, and parsley. I ALWAYS have some in my freezer, and I use it for most of the things I cook. Just adds some good flavor to food.
