For me, Yumcha is eating at a Chinese where they bring around carts with the different dishes(baskets) in and your table selects which ones you put on your table. If you like real Chinese, it is always best to have someone looking Chinese to inspect the carts. That way you get the full range My first PC was a Yumcha. Buy case, put brand sticker on it(optional), install various parts to build up a custom PC. I purchased an "Express" 286 rather than the Amstrad version available at the time. Later, it was an easy matter to upgrade bits bu=y swapping. By the time we could afford a 386, Express had gone out of business and I had access to a PC parts wholesaler, so it was cheaper to build our own and learn by doing so. All our PCs have been yumchas over the decades. The only brand ones I ever used were rejects from the various computer reuse/recycle programs I volunteered at.
