$659 is the roundtrip price on Turkish Air NY JFK to Ljubljana, Slovenia departing March 24 returning March 31, exactly the last week of March.

I always find the cheapest flight to Europe then book a flight from there to where I want to go. London works out pretty well

Use Google flights it's the cheapest to find flights. But will come with alot of connecting flights and long stay overs at airports. Cheapest but sometimes the most bother.

It is cheaper to fly to London or another big hub and get a connection.

There are no direct flights from the US that I have ever seen so look at any airline that gets you to Europe and then a connecting flight. Google flights lets you look at all the different airlines that fly there

This is what I did. Flew into Venice (a beautiful city in its own right), spent a few days there and then took the bus to Ljubljana.
