How many McDonald’s are inside Asdas in the UK?

For 30 years I’d never experienced this at all. Two years ago I went to Norwich and there was a McDonald’s inside an Asda and I found it odd. I’ve now driven through Kirkcaldy in Scotland and it’s got the same. Anyone else got a McDonald’s in an Asda or other supermarket near them? Is there some agreement?
