Is Costway a good place to buy from?

Never heard of the company and found an office chair I like from there, any good/bad experiences? Pls share 🫶

Bought a costway dehumidifier. ran for 45 days then broke.. company says they will ship out a new part... says it will take 30 days... just in time for warranty to run out... I feel ripped off 100%

I have and old electric mower. It is not amazing quality but well finished and set up, zero complaints. It is perfect for my needs, only use about 12 times a year. I can also lift it with one hand, comfortably. It folds. It has a sturdy grass collector bag that looks like new after years. The initial cost was the lowest in the market (no longer available) So all seems good. EXCEPT: consider everything you buy from them disposable. The company doesn't follow universal standards so now that I need to replace a wheel (because someone borrowed and destroyed it, not broken) the company is super hard to reach and when answering by email insists that you provide the original order info, and even then say they don't sell replacement parts. SO BE CAREFUL what you buy from them. A mower per customer that ever bought one in the US is quite a pile of trash on the landfill. I'm happy with the device, just hate the company (and still use my three wheeled mower until I can figure out a fix)

Do not purchase from costway if you have to return an item they will want you to pay high fees for a return label restocking fees and shipping I will never purchase anything from this company again I had to fight for a full refund

Hi I’ve ordered from there and I got quick delivery with a confirmation sent straightaway and a tracking number. The fridge has been excellent. Recently bought a garden bench and once again no issues at all!

I'm pretty sure they're just a reseller. I bought a badge maker from them and one of the included tools was broken - they couldn't replace just the part, they had to arrange for replacement of the entire unit. They were pretty inflexible on it but I didn't end up worse off in the end.

I'm guessing they're just a cheap copy/paste brand that has a bunch of different brand names. I bought a bed frame from Costway on Amazon, one single small part ( a T-frame) was mis-aligned for a bolt, which caused the entire thing to not be functional. Tried to get them to send me a new one and they wouldn't because "it was nearly out of stock", they said the only thing they could do was do a complete swap from mine to another, which would mean me disassembling, packing and getting another like 2 weeks later. Found the exact same frame from a "different" brand and ordered that for next day delivery and just got the first refunded.
