Trying to Get Into a Locked Freightliner.

I just realized my old truck is in the yard and it's still got some stuff i might have forgotten but I'd rather no one knows or finds it before i do. Question is and I've learned how to pop the seal and sneak a rod and pop the lock... But will that work if the battery is off? I've been here jamming a wire down the window and i feel like i'm not gonna get this done without a key. Who Knows?

Any keys laying around? There isn’t that many combinations. Also, I’ve gotten into a cascadia before with the coat hanger trick. Didn’t take too long.

On the freightliner I used to drive, the tittle triangle windows right in front of your main door windows could be pushed in at the front with some work which allowed me to reach in and unlock the door. That saved me from needing to call a locksmith a few times.

Grab the latch to open the door and pull it. That will automatically unlock the door.

I’ve opened many trucks with a wiggle key from my truck. Light wiggle each way sliding in out slowly.

You can definitely "wiggle" a key into a FL. Company mechanics do this all the time. Never done it myself but had it done for me twice.

Try other keys. Shakers don't have very many different cuts

Just about any freightliner key will work year not important. Wiggle it while turning and moving it in and out. Or coat hanger from the top pull door handle up just a bit and lock will open.

Just ask one of the other drivers from the company for their key, cuz usually a company will make the same key for all the freightliners

It depends on how the lock works on the inside. If there is no button or slider, its not going to work, that way, without a key or battery being on to hit the electrical button. Using standard lockout tools doesn't work well either because the door is too high from the window seal, to the locking mechanism.
