Are US landscape/wildlife images (shot as a freelancer) at all marketable in the UK?

Used to be a photographer in the Rockies for a few years. Came home and changed careers. I'm just wondering if there is a UK market for US images, and how I might reach those buyers. It seems a shame to let that body of work figuratively rot on hard drives. I always sold to individual and business customers linked to that region in some way. Other than stock image sites, is it time to let it go?

Print them onto the back of a fleece and you will sell hundreds at carboot sales.

UK wildlife and landscape images are barely marketable here. Too many people doing it and too many people giving stuff away for free. Stock sites are useless now too. I'm on Getty, alamy and Shutterstock and sell maybe 1 or 2 images a year and get about £5 off each one. Again.. too many people giving stuff away for free for "exposure".

I can't see people being into images of the rockies in large numbers but you never know. You can go to any number of London markets and see stall after stall of high quality (yet quite samey) landscape photography. That markets probably saturated, but the fact it exists indicates something. Other stuff I see in smaller towns / car boots trends to be local to the area (there are sections of Britain that go nuts for British wildlife photography - tap into any garden show type event.). Maybe there's some mileage in your wildlife shots too that crowd (can certainly see things like African / Australasian landscapes appealing even if only to a niche). Alteratively you could wack a motivational quote or two on them and try and shift a load at a car boot sale yourself?

Stock image sites are probably the best way. But you could also try marketing direct to people who may have intersected through areas you've taken photos of. E.g. if there are any long distance trails, or significant tourist landmarks, there may be people who are prepared to buy.
