ULPT Request: Does Yahoo Mail have the capability of sending out mass spam emails to the same address?

(previous post was removed for incorrect heading format) I'm trying to flood a certain person with enormous amounts of email. Basically the same email sent as many times as I can. Yahoo is a pretty sucky email provider but is it possible, either through yahoo Itself or with some kind of add-on, to do something like this?

I can’t think of any smtp service that does not have mail bombing protection built in. To be more annoying, take this persons email address and start signing up for every website you can find. Do some digging and I bet you can find a script for the purpose. Applying for home loans, debt forgiveness, etc will result in dozens of unsolicited emails a day. Start there. Be creative.

Extra credit: Is this possible to do with companies, such as if their email is customerservice@_____.com? I mean I suppose it's possible but, but does that change your advice at all, or can you think of other ways to slam a truly unbelievably shitty customer service department (no lectures about how this might be mean to the innocent customer service reps, that's not the situation here).
