Yea but you lose all the premium when you sell to a coin shop and it’s too much effort and risk to sell to someone privately for such a small amount

But you can get the gift cards for free, a lot of apps and sites offer them as rewards for completing tasks, so you can negate the loss on the spot price and take the undervalued price as straight profit, you can also do the same for electronic items as well as video games etc, get free gift cards, buy items, sell them, profit. I’ve easily made a few hundred a fortnight doing this over the last year.

What's the balance? Buy something and sell it to someone you know or buy small things like detergent and sell them at market price. You can also ask someone you know if they need to make a big purchase on amazon that you'll do it for them. Just have them give you the cash. Offer a discount if you're really not going to use it. Say you have 120$ and what they want is $100-115, just tell them to give you $100 cash and buy it for them.

Do you have a Whole Foods near you? You can use your balance to order your groceries online. I think there’s 2 other grocery options too, and they have all the basics including paper towels. If you can’t cash out, atleast groceries is something you will always need on there.

Buy a bunch of apple products like beats and AirPods, make another account on Amazon as a seller or on eBay. List the products for slightly cheaper. Beats having to do any deals in person too. I would recommend living off it for a while though such as groceries with Amazon fresh.

I buy on Amazon all the time. Offer up at a deep discount and you would likely have plenty of interest.

Buying Groups. You basically buy stuff on Amazon then they will pay you cash for it (direct deposit to your bank account).

It’s more for manufacturing spending for credit card rewards (eg spend $10,000 on Amazon to get 150,000 bonus points) but this is better than gift cards since you won’t lose money (eg $1500 of Amazon balance will likely be $1500 of cash and not $1200 after gift cards).

Buy It For Me Retail is one my friends and I use. No horror stories here

Wow that is quite a balance. For much smaller scale I have a buddy who doesn't have prime. We go way back so she sends me the links for stuff she wants, I order it and she transfers me the cash. Definitely not that kind of size - a hundred GBP here and there and those are few and far between.

Considering how much stuff you can buy on Amazon just save on laundry detergent, toilet roll, hand soap, feminine ammunition. These are all household expenses that you can self launder your gift card balance into. If you buy a metric crapload then shipping is free (or so diluted it might as well be free). Heck you can buy pop tarts and beef jerky.

There are websites you can trade in gift cards for money. Not sure what it’s called, but I used it on a $100 lulu lemon gift card and got like $85 bucks for it so not too bad.

I dunno if it’s still around but I used to get a bunch of Apple gift cards that I have literally no use for because 🏴‍☠️ so I would always just sell them to websites like Gift Card Granny. Apple and Amazon at the time got you some of the biggest returns by %.
