What do you associate Portugal and Portuguese people with the most? Do you have an opinion on the country of Portugal?

Safe, beautiful, and welcoming place and people. Wine - not just port, but of course port too. I spent a day in Lisbon once. I guess in Portugal many (or all?) drugs are decriminalized. Holy cow - never had so many offers for drugs in a 24 hour period. So I always think of that. I’m not saying this to be negative - it was interesting and odd to me even as a moderately well traveled person. Overall not much other than positive things when I think of Portugal.
