For example… anywhere in Europe to Paris

The only website I'm aware of that does this is kiwi.com. All the others allow you to search from X to anywhere, but not from anywhere to X. The best Skyscanner can do is to search from Country to X (e.g. Spain to Paris) but it doesn't search at the regional or continental level. Kiwi allows for continent (e.g. Europe to Paris) and regional (e.g. Eastern Europe to Paris, Southeast Asia to Paris) searches. You can always then double check prices on other websites once you have a flight in mind. Hope that helps.
I spent ages researching on this recently when I was trying to book a flight back to Australia from Europe, but I didn't really mind where in Europe I left from. Kiwi was the only one I found that allowed for it.

How do you really use the function on kiwi, cannot find it

How do you search from anywhere to destination in Kiwi? I don't see this option.

I searched on Kiwi for a multi-city trip from Austin, TX to New Delhi India through Dubai and it did not find a single flight.

Still a manual process, but you could use https://www.flightconnections.com/ and just fill in the "To" field. That will show you visually all direct flights.

Checkout flightlist, you can do all of Europe, schengen or non schengen. Really handy.

I need this option for years. And many people need this. If you fly between two countries with one stop on the way which you don't care where, you need such a option so you can find the cheapest total price. I don't know what's so hard to implement it.

There are several sites that do this including ITA Matrix.
This is a great Reddit thread for finding cheap flights, it has a full list of the top websites for finding the best deals.

The best one is LetsFly in my opinion, they often have deals you often can't find on sites like Skyscanner or Kiwi.

I wasn't sure it would work from the US but I found $150 roundtrip from Boston to Los Angeles for next week. Feels weird that a UK website has better deals than we get in the US, but maybe that's how it works nowadays?
