Hiring a Driver

W2 1 year of OTR experience required Must be able to drive a manual Hazmat, tanker, TWIC required OTR position Pay 25% of the linehaul rate, which doesn't include the fuel surcharge. Would expect the average driver to be able to make about $1,500 a week. Weekly guarantee of $1,000 Breakdown pay of $150 per day 1 week of PTO after 6 months. 2 weeks @ 1 year 3 weeks @ 3 years 4 weeks @ 5 years You can opt to not use PTO and continue to work and just be paid your PTO pay in addition to your normal pay. Hometime whenever you want, just provide enough time for me to route you home. Weekly guarantee will be prorated against hometime @$150 per day. Reserved parking allowed at truckstops paid by the company provided this privilege isn't abused for just easy parking whenever you feel like it. Thoughts or recommendations?
