ULPT Request Is there a way to lock an android phone if the google account was deleted?

Basically,about a month ago I lent a LG phone to the family member,it was supposed to be returned in a day or two,but it wasnt. I have access to a previous google account that was used on the phone (but was deleted), and I have IMEI. Is there a way I could make this phone unusable for them?
