Looking to book a 4/5 night Caribbean all inclusive resort for hopefully later in the year, if not early next year. Has anyone ever booked through cheap Caribbean? How did you make out? Where did you go and stay? Wanted to start getting ideas now so when it’s safe to get out the country we can just book it.

I think their dog shit. I tried to book a trip. They quoted me a price online then they needed all my information and traveler information put all that in and my credit card then they try to tell me that the price is changed. I mean seriously? You can’t hold a price for fucking 10 minutes? fuck them.

Is there any way to change seating using cheap Caribbean or is that something I need to call the airline or the website for?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They do not take any responsibility for their errors! They were 100% responsible for not having all three rooms that I booked. They only had two. The two they had were for my children. The room for the parents who are paying for this $12,000 trip were not in their computer!?!?! They found a room, but said we may have to move the next day. This company also messed up our excursion and refused to rectify the situation. I would definitely book everything directly with the hotel and airline. Or perhaps use Apple vacations since in the past, they were fabulous.

How far in advance can you book on cheap Caribbean? I tried looking for our honeymoon July 2024 and it said no destinations available.

I would absolutely steer clear from cheap Caribbean. I made a reservation with them with everything paid for including the airfare. I came down with deployment orders for the military and was unable to make the trip. They refused to refund me anything no exceptions. Poor customer service in my opinion essentially with being in the military and having a deployment that interferes with my reservations that I had no control over.

Why would you schedule a trip knowing you might be deployed though? You can read their refund policy.
