Schedule 8-5

So our of no where our Project management team decide to meet a customer 8-5 to 6 am due to nature project(Pc deployment). Project runs into August with same schedule and not staggered to get a break on schedule for regular tickets for support. Would you quit due to massive schedule change? Without proper resources to cover support.
