What time would you have a Sunday roast?

I've always found the window to have a Sunday roast quite strange and doesn't quite correspond with lunch or dinner times. What would be your ideal time to have a Sunday roast?

There's no ideal time for me, but I imagine the late window is because people often get up a bit later on Sndays and then doing the whole of trimmings and stff for the roast can take time.

Any time after midday. Could be at 1, 2, 9 or 10pm - no complaints from me.

10 or 9pm? Mate, you might aswell have it at 7am.

I'm up and awake at 5am most days, anyway. If someone had a Sunday roast ready by 7am, I'd be fine with that.

Yeah, I've got pretty antisocial working hours. Usually done by midday, though, so that's kind of nice.

I’m we start off the morning with bacon sandwiches around 8/9 after a lay in. I then start cooking straight after I’ve finished cooking the bacon. I then serve dinner around 1:30pm. This gives time to relax in the afternoon, play games with the kids or watch a movie, have a nap… and have ‘tea’ around 6pm.

What time would you have a Sunday roast?
