need a gasket ike this for an intake plenum

Old school way was to lay paper on the surface and tap the edges with a hammer to cut it

And hole punches ! I used to build a lot of antique and old industrial engines, and most the time the head gaskets were the only thing usable in the set.

“Transfer punches” will have most hole sizes in a set.

There's a lot of space between those bolts, but if the clamping force is spread nicely and it's a machined part, you might as well try no gasket at all and see what happens. I'm not a boost expert by any means but even if it leaked a bit I couldn't imagine any damage happening, it'll just be down on power.

That should work just fine. You can also paint it with Indian Head, and assemble while wet, but it will be an absolute bastard to disassemble later.

It'll be fine. Cooling systems definitely used fiber("paper") gaskets and those are at 16-20psi with the same heat cycling.

Paper gasket in a boosted application. I have no specific experience, but general automotive knowledge. The factory probably used a metal gasket for a reason.

You can get sheets of gasket paper and make your own. Idk how big it needs to be but felpro makes sheets that ive seen.
