Any travel magazines that aren’t just focused on the ultra-wealthy?

I have been getting Condé Nast’s traveler (on a free subscription) & just can’t stomach the way they recommend a $25,000 safari as an “average fall getaway.” I mean I’m not surprised as it’s Condé Nast, but I am looking for something that depicts stories, experiences and tips that are a possibility for those other than Jeff Bezos.
If there’s nothing out there, I’m also always looking for great travel writing recommendations as well. Thanks!

Thank you for all of the recommendations. While I am in my early 20’s, I was hoping for an outlet that wasn’t just reading on my phone/laptop. But, I understand the many barriers and inequities to magazines/publishing/books in general. I am also not looking for specific travel guides or tips but something more like stories and experiences that may of course recommend a hotel or something. But I am thankful for everyone’s insight, I have a lot of new recommendations.

A buddy and I are in the works of starting something like this. I kind of see it as the layman's Nat Geo, but with more of what you're looking for. I was doing competition research when I happened upon this post. I hope you found something good! Sounds like there are still people who want this.
