Is there a non-wedding-type-ceremony for when you’ve already got married?

Going to do a super low-key registry office thing next year with about 5 people attending.
I don’t want to get all my family down as a lot of them are getting on a bit, and it’s unfair to ask a number of 80/90 yo family members to travel halfway across the country.
Does anyone know if there’s a small church service or something similar that you can do, where we can visit my family and do a small thing locally so they don’t feel left out? I have no idea about any of this stuff.
