Best paprikás csirke in town?

I just came back from Gettó Gulyás (Ghetto Goulash) and I'm very disappointed. I’m not sure if it’s a tourist trap, but the food was just average. The dish had a big portion of pasta, but there wasn’t enough sauce for all of it. The chicken was tender and tasty, though. The place is way too loud, and the tables are *way* too close to each other. People and waiters kept bumping into my back, even though I was sitting as close to my table as physically possible (my chair legs were touching the table base — and no, don’t call me fat, haha). On the plus side, the service was fast and efficient. However, there was a big surprise when I was about to pay. I asked the waiter if I could leave a tip by card, and he told me the service charge was already included in the bill. This isn’t standard procedure in Europe. There was an additional surprise that not only had they added a 12% tip, but I also had to pay tax *on top* of it. Overall, it was a bad experience.
