Good Vehicle History Report for cheap?

I had a disappointing experience with Bumper.com. They lure users with a seemingly innocent $1 trial, promising access to vehicle history reports. What they don't clearly disclose is that after the trial period, they automatically charge a hefty $22 per month — even for the basic plan.

The worst part? Cancelling the subscription is deliberately difficult. The process is obscured, with no straightforward option to manage your subscription easily through their website. Many users end up trapped in this billing cycle without realizing it until their bank statement reveals the charges.

I just used the guy listed in that link below. The guy at: marki.ko9696@gmail.com. I sent him an email. He responded right away. I asked about secure payment source. He sent me a link to their website. I paid with a CC and the VIN report was delivered immediately. I was a little shocked this service was this good. Carfax brand report (which is the best in my experience - often shows damage claims not reported by cheaper brand reports). The report was in my email immediately! Great service as of June 22, 2024!

Seems like the same guy. Just a PDF copy of an official CARFAX report - this guy must have some sort of commercial account that he just makes some money on the site from. Will definitely be using on future reports.

I too thought it was sus. But it indeed is legit. I paid the extra money for a single Carfax to validate the etherealprint and it matched.

So save yourself the money and go to this alternate that somehow is providing us Carfax for much cheaper.

Yeah. Check my history, I’m just a Land Cruiser guy. Was looking at a car for my daughter. Was a 4runner with 137,000 miles, after using his website to get the carfax, it showed odometer changed and it actually has more like 260,000miles.

I was a little nervous at first but others have posted recently with good luck. Worst case I have to shut my card off and get another if something bad happened. No weird charges and got the carfax within 10 mins.
Saved me being really annoyed and screwed over on miles.

Im thrilled to have access to this data for a small fee, such an ingenious idea that will help many people in not getting hosed by a scummy car salesman.
