I started buying vehicle from Copart and IAAI last year in June and I found Agreeable-Finish-375 offering $5 Carfax here. I've bought over 25 reports already from him. His very quick and responsive in replying back with the report. I've message him close to midnight and early mornings when am auction is coming up last minute and he sends the report quickly. Definitely my go to if you need Title check which i highly advise you do before buying any vehicle. He also run Autocheck.

I found someone offering Carfax reports for $5 each and decided to try it instead of paying full price every time. Honestly, it’s been worth it for me so far. I would send the VIN and usually get the report back pretty quickly, which helped a lot when I was actively watching auctions and needed to make decisions fast.

The reports looked complete and detailed just like a normal Carfax, and it saved me a lot of money while I was screening vehicles. When you’re trying to avoid flood damage, frame damage, odometer issues, or major accident history, being able to check multiple cars without spending a fortune makes a big difference.

Not saying it’s for everyone, but if you’re regularly buying from Copart or IAAI and running a lot of VINs, the $5 option definitely helped me keep costs down.
