Was posting in reddit about what makes things funny, which is essentially turning something on its head and showing you something unexpected, and some person said that they could show me an example that was funny but didn't fit my theory.

They referred me to Peter Kay, and he just doesn't seem funny at all, but apparently he's a very successful comedian?

Is there something I'm missing? He just does a bunch of mannerisms and describes people doing things. I don't get the joke.
