Budget management?

Hello,
How do you manage your budget? I don't have much to do and it's easy. That's why I'm looking for a tool that automate all of that.
My only tasks concerning budgets is:
\- estimate next years budgets (will renew this contract, change this hardware, spend this amount in new projet, ...)
\- check that the expenses do not exceed the estimated (and therefore allocated) budget

We have a tool to manage orders that do not include this part. So I use an Excel to list future expenses. One sheet for one year. As of today I should build the 2025 sheet, listing contracts and hardware that will be renewed that year... And it's completely manual.
I'm looking for a tool in which I would list contracts and devices with start and end dates, real cost and estimated cost. The tool could then easily estimate future expenses :
\- annual contract for 2500$ -> automatically adds this expense for future years
\- 5 year contract for 50000$ -> automatically adds 10000$ for future years
\- server bought in 2020 -> automatically adds a server cost in 2025 for instance (because I said start date is 2020 and end date is 2025)

Do you use something like this? Just an Excel file? Global company finance tool handles this? You don't need to be this specific?

Thank you in advance
