Budget management?

Hello, How do you manage your budget? I don't have much to do and it's easy. That's why I'm looking for a tool that automate all of that. My only tasks concerning budgets is: \- estimate next years budgets (will renew this contract, change this hardware, spend this amount in new projet, ...) \- check that the expenses do not exceed the estimated (and therefore allocated) budget ​ We have a tool to manage orders that do not include this part. So I use an Excel to list future expenses. One sheet for one year. As of today I should build the 2025 sheet, listing contracts and hardware that will be renewed that year... And it's completely manual. I'm looking for a tool in which I would list contracts and devices with start and end dates, real cost and estimated cost. The tool could then easily estimate future expenses : \- annual contract for 2500$ -> automatically adds this expense for future years \- 5 year contract for 50000$ -> automatically adds 10000$ for future years \- server bought in 2020 -> automatically adds a server cost in 2025 for instance (because I said start date is 2020 and end date is 2025) ​ Do you use something like this? Just an Excel file? Global company finance tool handles this? You don't need to be this specific? ​ Thank you in advance ​ ​
