Clearinghouse Violation question, moving on to class C viable option?

I used to be one of you guys, every time someone posted they got a violation I would laugh and say. Ha you imbecile why would you do that? Well here I am now the imbecile.
Long story short. Started my first trucking job in February. Been driving alone since April. Everything was going well. Only had one drug test when I started and then nothing.
Got back home one Friday went to a concert and did a little blow. I thought hell I didn't have a test in 6 months then I should be fine cuz this shit will be gone in a few days. Well hell Monday I get a call, hey bud can you go take a test? You won the lottery so just take care of it before you leave on next trip.
At this point I'm like holly shit it actually happened. Went in with fake piss and it was of temp. Had to do a supervised test. 4 Days later obviously tested positive for coke metabolite. Immediately fired, no worries I have an Amazon DPS job lined up so I got in to that a week later.
To be honest I do not enjoy the new job very much but it's chill. I'm getting a workout and right now we are busy AF. 50+ Hours weeks. Money has been ok not as good as when I was trucking but about 60%-70% of what I had. Perfect this will not be my career for life but for now it's great.
So a month goes by and they tell me hey bud we are gonna have you do a class for a step van which is a class C vehicle. You already got your Class A so all you need to do is just to another background check, watch some videos and you are good to go. Extra $2 per hour great.
I was under the impression the clearinghouse is only for Class A and B jobs. They don't use it here, they are not even aware of it.
I logged in to the clearinghouse website and I noticed it says. You are prohibited from driving any commercial vehicles. Now I am like oh shit. Am I in violation driving the little Amazon Cargo Van? Will driving the step van be an even more severe violation?
I also saw that starting NOV 2024 you will not be able to renew CDL if you got a violation and are not working on getting it resolved.
I'm kind of in a pickle. I do not want to get rid of my CDL because I worked hard to get it. I do not feel like driving a semi truck in the near future. I thought this could be something to fall back on if I ever wanted to get back in to it. I would do the SAP at that point and everything.
Now I am not sure what to do. If I try to do SAP now I am not employed by a company that even deals with that stuff. Can I do the program and not be a trucker working for a trucking company? I want to keep the license so I can drive this damn step van until I figure out a new career path. The money here is decent so I really do not want to quit the Amazon delivering for now.
So technically I am not supposed to be driving any commercial vehicles, it does not even matter if it's just class C and the company does not work with the clearinghouse?
This is kind of dumb now because I did a drug test before starting work here and obviously passed it. They do not test for weed so you know I got some shit the day I got fired from the trucking company.
But if I do the SAP I'm not even gonna be able to smoke even though I got the violation for blow and Amazon here does not test for weed only the other big 4.
I'm a little nervous because I got decent money coming in from this but I do not want to get pulled over and popped for a DUI or DWI. I read online that if I drive with a violation that is basically what I would be charged with.
I feel like a complete and utter failure and a moron for destroying my career. Doing a little blow on a weekend was not worth the thousands I already lost by not trucking.
Local trucking company in Elgin IL hires SAP drivers at .45 CPM. There is no way in hell I would drive 1000 miles for $450 - taxes. Utterly ridiculous.
