We've got a few business processes in Jira currently, but are looking to migrating these to Microsoft 365 (SharePoint). For something like HR onboarding/offboarding, would this require use of Power Apps, or would Microsoft Forms be sufficient?

So a little background. We've got a number of business processes that exist as projects in Jira. These include HR onboarding/offboarding amongst others. We're migrating to JSM and are hoping to offload some of these business processes to SharePoint. Any thoughts?
