Q: CIS Benchmark Setting Question

Good Morning, ID: 15814 - Ensure 'Prevent the computer from joining a homegroup' is set to 'Enabled'. So does this mean that you can't move the computer to a "Workgroup" for say when the trust relationship has been hosed? I don't know what a "homegroup" is. I only know "Workgroup" and "Domain". Looking online and it looks like it was basically "Workgroup" but different and now it has been removed? I guess I am just asking if it means "Workgroup" and if so, how do you guys go about fixing trust relationship issues because the PowerShell command that is supposed to fix it never seems to work for me.

Meh... I've found enough info... I am getting rid of all W7 anyway. Thanks for no real help. Next time just don't answer.

Trust me, I've been. It keeps talking in circles. Reads exactly like a workgroup. That's why I'm making sure it is ACTUALLY different and not just word jumble from Microsoft.
