ULPT: Need help creating fake W2 for employment verification.... Would even pay $$$ for assistance

Whats up everybody?

Got a job offer for a company, supposed to start on the 13th. However, they are demanding a w2 from my previous position which I... exaggerated.... via my resume. Everything is in order, but I need help filling in a w2. I can even submit it via screenshot, so it need not be perfect.

Would you be able to assist me? It hasn’t reached that stage yet, but I’m completing 3rd party background check info and I may need to have one of the 3 companies that they want to verify. I’ve been without work since I moved back home in May. Finally listened to the “just lie” crowd and made up a more recent position at a former employer of mine that shut down. Started getting interviewed and have 2 offers but the one I want is doing that 3rd party full verification. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Pretty easy to just Google "w-2 pdf 2022" and download it and fill it out.

It is not like I can just print it out, and fill it in with pen... the company this would be from is a national well--knwn company, they'd never use a w2 like that. If this is what you are insinuating.

How at all is this easy?

If it’s a larger company, their payroll info is probably available on equifax work number or experian so they may know right off of the jump that you’re lying

these websites are basically income verification databases. Jobs, government agencies, etc can enter a person’s information and find out current or previous job history. The websites generally show larger companies or corporations though and not smaller mom and pop companies. For example, payroll for Walmart, burger king, target, Amazon, etc are available . If you were employed by any of the companies that participate with them, you can see ALL of your payroll history and some or all hiring info

It’s not necessarily public information, but if you gave them any consent for a background search or something like that, it can be easily found with your SSN. don’t need a W2 and this has much more detailed info than your W2 would

Also, you mentioned it may not be the case with smaller mom and pop companies. Since it would be made from scratch, I could specifically choose a company that is less likely for them to verify. Any thoughts on that situation?

I'm trying to help a friend with this because she's a stripper so she gets paid in cash and doesn't get a W2 and she needs it for the lease agreement. Do you have any insight into if this situation is different in regards to if it's for a lease they may not conduct the same verification processes (idk if that's the case, I'm just thinking maybe it is).
