Do you have an Amish store near you? I have to drive nearly an hour to my closest one but going 3-4 times a year is worth it.

Amish is not organic. I wish it was. I get the feeling they don't give a damn what the English eat. They are just trying to get by like everyone else.

I have used the amish stores for bulk many of times. Great choice, but sometimes they don't have organic choices. Maybe its just the shop I am going to. Becaue I do know a lot of them like to eat cleaner also.

I wouldnt be worrying about "organic" for storage and survival. Thats going to be the least of your worries if you need to use it.

Awful logic. GMO is likely highly dangerous, another western so called invention that was known from the start to be wrong but carried out anyway
EngineerAwkward6018@reddit (OP)
Yeah, but when you have to rotate and eat the food, it's nice to still eat cleaner. But the way the world is nowadays, I would feel better about the gamble. I just have also been wrong before and then stuck with sub-par food to feast on, haha

I’ve been underwhelmed with quality and cleanliness.
But the pick-up experience is usually entertaining, if you’re looking for more suspense and theater in your practical tasks.

Talking about dry and canned goods specifically; Costco is a good place and has tons of organic options, I also like Gordon food service, Walmart/Sam's, Asian and Indian markets, and Amish/ Mennonite bulk food stores.
