New domain - Emails being delivered to junk folder on most email services

We did a rebranding last year, and as part of that we purchased a new domain name. We use Office 365 for our email service. It has been an issue with B2B issues to some extent, but that's less of an issue because the recipient's IT can fix it and it's not too common that we send one-off emails to another business. However, it has been a massive problem with recruiting and consumer email services. Nearly all of our emails trying to schedule interviews and such with people who submit an application go to their junk box, and we have to send text message follow ups. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc. I thought this would kind of resolve itself pretty quickly as we send out large quantities of emails that aren't spam, but it has been about 6 months now. I assume a previous owner of this domain sent out bulk spam or something. Is there any way to address this?
