This for the overheight guys/gals that lost weight while trucking. How did you guys/gals do it ?

Sitting down 11 hours to 14 hours a day seems like no matter how healthy you eat you are bound to gain weight. what’s the trick here ? For example is 2 chicken teriyaki regular bowls from Yoshinoya , no skin, extra well done , white rice and vegetables For the whole day considered healthy?
