Which UK specific phrase really winds you up?

For me anyone posting ‘if you know, you know’ on social media needs to get in the bin. Holibobs, makes me so irrationally angry that I genuinely reduced the amount I talk to a coworker as she would say it for three months before her holiday daily. Any time someone asked her how she was she would respond “just excited about my holibobs”
