NKOTB is the most hated!!

The fully non scientific poll found that as a generation, we collectively hate NKOTB more than any other Gen X pop culture item. Thanks to all who participated. I don’t believe this poll. Who administered it and who was the targeted audience? As for the band being manufactured. They were not. Most of the group members for the exception of Joe went to elementary school together and we’re friends. Donnie convinced them to join the band when they were in their late teens. Backstreet boy and Insync were manufactured by a businessman who saw the success of NKOTB and wanted to replicate that. It has always been this way as a NKOTB fan. People will always poke fun for your music choice. I didn’t care then and don’t care now. For the past 12 years they sell out a cruise of over 2000 fans. They interact with their fans and are humbled and genuinely thankful. They also go on tour every other year. So if they are so hated why are they continue to cruise and tour successfully?

My childhood best friend is still obsessed with these fucks. I'm glad we no longer speak to one another, because as I get older, there's just some shit that I cannot and will not put up with, even if you are my best friend.

I'm sure your ex friend doesn't miss you. If the NKOTB get up your crawl that much to ditch a so-called best friend then you probably don't have good decision making skills. Politics, religion, racism...now that's shit to end a friendship over. Not them liking a boy band.
