My mom was pretty young, like late 20’s/early 30’s, and she is a Boomer - so lots of Beatles, Elvis, Motown - and also every Sunday - the Top 40 with Casey Kasem. My dad was t around, but when I did visit him, he was more of a rocker type - Zepplin, Floyd, but also Frank Zappa and Cheech and Chong records. Then I had older sibling that’s were total Gen X, being 6 and 5 years my senior. So my sister was more of a teen bop, Olivia Newton John, Madonna, and like indie pop groups like Expose and Bananarama. Older brother was a metal head, always in bands as a bass player. He into all the 80’s metal - Metallica, Megadeath, Dio, Ozzy, etc. So just a bunch of influences.
