Its ratings definitely aren't great, but it still gets about 4 million viewers, IIRC. Their peak was at 12-13 million, but that was in the 90s. Not sure how much of the recent ratings take Peacock, YouTube, etc. into account, though, so it could actually be a lot higher

It's a lot of food coloring, but you can make something yourself that's really similar and not so unnatural looking. It's basically chili powder and cayenne for the heat and then some kind of acid (e.g. lemon powder) and garlic and onion powder and salt. I'm not a huge fan of the **RED** but I love the flavor so I just make regular Mac and make the spice myself, minus the dyes.

It's the only must-do issue. Lettuce and pickles are optional. If you try and argue that lettuce is a must-have on a burger, you're very wrong. I would direct you to George Motz's YouTube channel- most burger styles do not have lettuce. Finally, yes, you should sauce the bun after roasting, but I gave a pass because they've put some kind of sauce on already.
